No, I am considered an out of network provider. Though, I can help you follow up with your insurance to see if they cover out of network reimbursement.
It will be your responsibility to pay the full fee, but I will be happy to assist you in being reimbursed by your insurance company for at least a portion of the fee by providing a superbill for you to submit.
You should know that filing any kind of claim with your insurance company requires a diagnosis of a mental health disorder. You may not want this on your record, as the diagnosis may have to be used when applying for some jobs, for life and disability insurance, and possibly in legal matters. This is your choice and we are happy to provide you with the paperwork necessary to submit a claim to your insurance company.

My job is to work myself out of a job! I love, love, LOVE the work I am privileged to do. And, I also want clients to experience change, which would limit the frequency of therapy. I meet with clients weekly at the beginning. Together, we discuss treatment along the way and we eventually will transition to biweekly, then to once a month! Previous clients are always welcome for “tune ups” as needed! It’s important that we keep those cobwebs out!

This happens and that’s okay! Therapy is for YOU! I am on your team, regardless of how that looks! We know from research that the therapeutic alliance between clinician/client is the biggest indicator of change. If I am not the best fit for you, I will help you connect with a clinician to transition over to.
